During an accident, be it a road accident, a fire accident or even some natural disasters, the first thing we call for is an ambulance. An ambulance in many cases decide the life-or-death situation of a patient hence it must be quick to reach its destination and transfer the patient to the nearest hospital. There are many mechanisms in place such as in countries like Germany and Japan, splitting the traffic towards the left and right lane allowing the emergency vehicle to pass through in between. But in other countries especially in India there is no such mechanism in place.
Hence, we have come up with a solution to solve this issue. The idea here is to first calculate the path of the destination where the patient must be picked up and then sending a text message or play a tune which will be unique to alert the people. This will be done for drivers within 2 kilometers of the ambulance along the path of destination so that the people know there is an emergency and will make way for the ambulance. The same will be done for transferring the patient from the location of accident to the hospital.
